The Lydon Model Series 6452-T3 Steam Heated Conveyor Ovens are well suited to large scale continuous curing. The conveyor may be open mesh, bar or slat. The example has perforated slats to allow some air through the belt but most process air stays in the oven work space. Temperature of pictured oven is 300°F (149°C). Air flow in this design is alternate cross flow: Air passes from the left to the right and then from the right to the left in alternating 2-foot sections of the conveyor's path. The oven shown is to be installed through a wall for separation of curing and subsequent processes.
Lydon will engineer your continuous Lydon Ovens to suit your product and process. This practice provides you only those characteristics that you need or request.
