Lydon Electrically Heated Rotary Hearth Oven
The Lydon Oven Model series 4336-T7 Electrically Heated Rotary Hearth Cabinet Oven is popular for heat treating aircraft motor parts, curing struts, and processing cylindrical parts in the aerospace industries. This special Lydon Oven contains a two-level rotary hearth, each of which holds nine work stations. Cylindrical windings are allowed to rotate through the air stream for even heat processing. Forced convection and product in motion combine for the best possible cure.

Normal operations above ambient to 600ºF (315ºC).
Power varies with size, load, and ventilation requirements.
Workspace size varies [64"(162cm) diameter rotating hearth shown with 19"(48cm) above hearth].
The unit shown has 18 work stations on two levels and manual rotation of hearths.
Air flow in oven is rolling vertical flow. Manual sliding doors are shown, pneumatic actuation is available.
Service access doors on rear for ease in maintenance.
