When curing coil coating materials with heat, some materials experience a viscosity change before solidifying; hence the source of the ugly drip in rotary windings. Lydon Oven Model Series 3352R Electrically Heated Truck Ovens have a specially designed Truck system that keeps the armatures turning during cure to maintain the roundness of the semi-solid coating while it hardens. The trucks are loaded with product, inserted into the oven work space and then connected to external drives that motivate the product to rotate in the horizontal axis during processing.
The Lydon Oven shown holds two special trucks, each capable of rotating 16 armatures during cure. Drip pans with replaceable liners catch the errant drip before it upsets the adjacent parts. In addition, overhead tracks permit parts to be suspended from the work space ceiling for alternate means of processing. As shown, the oven produces 300°F (149°C) with about 36KW. This design may be further customized to meet your requirements.
