The Lydon 1330 model series of electrically heated cabinet ovens is designed for use in a broad range of industrial and laboratory heat processes that hold the product in trays in a non-removable rack, including drying, pre-heating, baking. The model may also be built in custom materials handling configurations.
The standard Lydon 1330 is available in three sizes:
1330-1 may hold 12 trays
1330-2 may hold 24 trays
1330-5 may hold 40 trays
Plastic resin manufacturers prefer the Lydon 1330 model series in laboratory use due to its compatibility with open or closed loop dehumidifying and desiccant equipment to produce low dew point temperature process air for advanced materials with low moisture equilibrium levels. The model is easy to use, clean and maintain.
The Lydon 1330 is most often built for use as a drying oven. Hundreds of scientific laboratories and industrial companies use the 1330 electrically heated cabinet tray drying oven for drying plastic resins for molding or extrusion and scores of other heat processing applications where gentle tray drying is preferred.
The oven shown is a variation on the classic 1330 model series ovens that includes individual trays with insulated fronts that behave as drawers. This style is useful for granulated resins, small parts or small sheets. Lydon provides just what you need for your Lydon Oven: Not more, not less.
