Lydon Electrically Heated Electronic Component Vertical Conveyor Oven
The Lydon Oven Model series 8351-T4 Electrically Heated Vertical Conveyor Oven provides a space saving solution for drying, curing and cementing small electronic parts or for continuous heat processing of any small items.
Lydon's 8351 is ideal for processing trays of capacitors, diodes or transistors on a continuous basis. Load and unload stations may be manual or automated with robotic arms that almost never sleep.
Normal operations above ambient to 400ºF (204ºC)
Power as shown is 36KW on 3-phase
20 suspended tray carriers on 12"(30cm) vertical centers are nominally 45"(114cm) wide x 11"(27cm) deep x 3"(7cm) high and travel from the oven’s manual lift door up one side and down the other in a user-variable circuit time of 1 to 8 hours.
