Lydon Electrically Heated Oval Conveyor Ovens
Lydon Model 6351-T3 Electrically Heated Oval Conveyor Oven with carriers on an oval track provides a continuous method to process solenoid coils and toroid coils using a pre-heat zone, cure zone and cooling zone. Product (with or without fixture) is placed on the flat top of each carrier. The carriers progress slowly through the oven zones and return to the load/unload point for removal. Loading and unloading may be manual or robotic.
Normal operations above ambient to 300°F (149°C).
Power on 3-phase varies with size, load and ventilation requirements (36KW shown).
Size of carrier and length of conveyor to suit your products and processes.
Air circulation and ventilation that is best for your process.
Special systems to handle volatiles are available.
