Lydon Electrically Heated Rotary Hearth Oven
The Lydon Oven Model series 4336-T7 Electrically Heated Rotary Hearth Cabinet Oven is a popular model for the aging of aluminum products. Most notable for heat treating aircraft motor parts, curing struts, and processing cylindrical parts in the aerospace industries, the 4336-T7 can be customized to meet the demands of your aluminum aging process.
Normal temperature operations are above ambient to 600ºF (315ºC).
Power varies with size, load, and ventilation requirements.
Workspace sizes vary [64"(162cm) diameter rotating hearth shown with 19"(48cm) above hearth].
The unit shown has 18 work stations on two levels and a manual rotation of hearths.
Air flow in this model is rolling vertical flow.
Manual sliding doors are shown, pneumatic actuation is available. Service access doors on are on the rear for ease in service and maintenance.
