* Air is the heat delivery medium in your Lydon Oven. Natural and Forced Convection is enhanced by a careful specification of the Circulation System in your Lydon Oven to be sure that air motion is compatible with your product and the process you wish to conduct and that heat delivery is even and predictable.
* The Materials Handling System of your Lydon Oven is carefully designed to assure compatibility with your product, process and facility. Components handled by workers are ergonomically reviewed for safety and productivity. Automated systems are reviewed for compatibility with upstream and downstream handling systems.
* Automatic Safety and Control Systems are integrated to protect your investment in product, process, equipment, personnel and facility.
* Heating, Ventilation and Insulation Systems are carefully specified so that the energy you buy for your process is safely and optimally used. Normal operating temperature designs range from 120°F to 1200°F (50°C to 650°C) so you don't have to buy more oven than you need.
* Heavy-duty double wall steel construction uses materials suited to your product, process, personnel and budget for ease of maintenance and long-term durability in constant industrial or scientific laboratory use.
* Design simplicity and reliability using continuous duty industrial mechanical and electronic components maximizes up-time and reduces the cost and frequency of down-time, maintenance and equipment servicing.
