LYDON PHARAMCEUTICAL
Steam Heated Ovens For Semi-Solids Warming

The Lydon Model series 2451-T2 Steam Heated Shelf Oven is a practical heavy duty solution for melting semi-solid compound in drums or barrels on skids so that the compounding of such products could be simplified.

Lydon builds many forms of "drum warming" ovens for liquification of components for creams and salves in topical use. The most popular are steam heated. Many materials handling variations are possible to suit your intended use and line balancing. Lydon materials of construction are adjusted to the nature of the materials held in drums so as to enhance safety and increase the life of your Lydon Oven. If the materials liquified have a volatile component, be sure to advise us so that Lydon may help you to be safe as well as profitable.

Normal operations from ambient to 200ºF (93ºC).

Power varies with steam pressure.

Sized for 16 drums on fork lift pallets as shown. Other materials handling arrangements are available to suit your planned process and method of use. Electric versions are available when drum contents permit. Lydon will help your operation to be safe and profitable.
