Lydon Moisture Controlled Truck Loading Drying Ovens
Lydon's Pharmaceutical customers, including many of our bulk chemical process customers, asked us for a better way to control tray drying so that the air flows would be robust but the wetted surface would not be diminished too quickly. Lydon's pharmaceutical and textile experience was coupled with our control expertise and GMP approaches to develop moisture controlled tray dryers in several varieties to meet these special product and process needs.
Long ago, Lydon recognized that "one size does not fit all" and that successful drying solutions have to change with the product being dried.
If your product and tray drying process requires the careful programmed removal of moisture in a gentle humid breeze, Lydon has several choices for you. Beyond simple temperature control, you may control the wet bulb temperature. If you prefer, you may control the relative humidity in the oven chamber. You may program gradual changes in the chamber environment to match the motion of moisture in your product. Lydon will work with you to produce the best drying process possible in your Lydon Oven whether your product is currently in development or in drying production for years but not yet optimized.
