Lydon Electrically Heated Truck Loading Oven
Lydon's model series 3360-T8 Electrically Heated Truck Loading Oven is an extra-high volume cross-flow design with capabilities to 750°F. It is often prescribed for large fiber reinforced plastic parts, TFE coating, silicone rubber curing, gasket manufacture and other operations demanding high volume and high velocity air flows with variable ventilation arrangements.
The unit shown has a fume hood over the door. Your process will dictate the combination of features that make your work successful. Possibilities include an unheated vestibule at the oven front, close tolerance electronic heat controls, additional sensors for data acquisition and process analytical techniques, Lydon's Volatile Ventilation Management System. Normal temperature operations are above ambient to to 750°F (400°C).
Power varies with size (90KW shown).
Sizes vary [48"(121cm) wide x 96"(243cm) deep x 80"(203cm) high is shown].
Small exhaust blower is for constant exhaust, large blower for cooling.
