The Lydon Oven Model Series 3443-T2 was developed to polymerize acrylic monomer between glass sheets into sheet acrylic stock using heated air suplied to the casting for warming and removal of excess heat during the exotherm. This exceptional dry steam heated oven uses individually adjustable louvered air walls for precise high velocity laminar flow between the horizontal planes of the sheets.
The unit pictured is an oven with a chamber in two sections that has high volume recirculation and high volume ventilation. This large production capacity acrylic sheet manufacturing oven uses less energy and is cleaner to use than oil convection technologies.
