Lydon Continuous Coating/Decorating Industrial Ovens For Plastic Tubes
Lydon Ovens' technologies for coating and for decorating collapsible aluminum tubes has been further developed for the special needs of the plastics packaging industries to enable the heat setting of coatings, decoration and labeling of collapsible tubes made of polymers. Warm, gentle breezes cure printing on plastic tubes with the same safety and profitability as metal tubes.
Custom designed to meet the end users' processes, Lydon Model 8363-T1 cures coatings on small plastic tubes at temperatures up to 150°F (66°C) using a hollow pin vertical serpentine conveyor (upper picture).
Also pictured is one of many Lydon Model 8354-T2 electrically heated vertical conveyor ovens that provides similar service with slightly larger product cured for a longer exposure at slightly higher temperatures.
