Lydon's 1330 model series of electrically heated cabinet tray drying ovens is the resin drying and preheating oven of choice for manufacturers of modern thermoplastic resins and for plastics molders and manufacturers that use these marvelous materials. Why? Perhaps it is because Lydon's 1330 series is rugged and durable. Perhaps it is because Lydon's 1330 series is so easy to use and flexible enough for simple or for challenging drying processes such as hygroscopic materials. (We think it's because our 1330 series is just a great design that's very well built!)
The oven shown is the Lydon Model 1330-5-T3 with a dual bed dehumidifier that supplies very low dew point process air to the drying oven. This Lydon Model has 40 trays for about 14.5 cubic feet, or about 500 to 600 pounds of product. The heat system is rated at 19KW on 460V, 3 phase. We build it in aluminum-coated steel or stainless steel. Optional dehumidifier may be used in-line (as shown) or closed-circuit with a chiller so the process air is dehumidified and recirculated. Three "standard" sizes and many more variations are available to meet your special needs.
