Lydon Electrically Heated Oven For Rubber And Silastics
Lydon Oven Model series 1362-T6 Electrically Heated Cabinet Tray Loading Oven is most often used for curing rubber, plastisol and silastics compounds. Other users find it successful at pre-heating, drying, curing, or testing. In these applications, the process air is heated only once and circulated through the work space which makes it useful in situations where electric heating must be used for processes containing volatile substances.
This type of oven is also used with trays for reprocessing PTFE and other HMW plastic materials or for processes that generate unpleasant vapors or odors. Tell us about your process and we will help you choose the right oven for your needs.
Normal operations above ambient to 500ºF (260ºC).
Power on 3-phase supply is sized to suit the volume of single-pass air in the separate heater chamber.
Working size can be custom [39"(95cm) wide x 39"(95cm) deep x 50"(127cm) high as shown].
High volume cross-flow air is recirculated.
Powered exhaust blowers for continuous exhaust and air injection are standard for this unique oven model.
