Lydon Electrically Heated Vertical Flow Oven For Large Sheet Material Processing
The Lydon Model series 7321-T4 Electrically Heated Vertical Flow Sheet Heating Oven is designed for heat processing large sheet stock (such as acrylic, polycarbonate, polyamide, etc.) in the vertical orientation. Other Lydon variations on this theme are currently used in such production processes where drying or baking other sheet style content is required. The 7321-T4 is flawlessly suited to your sheet curing process where material handling is as much a concern as the heat to which you are exposing it. Normal temperature operations are above ambient to 400ºF (204ºC).
Power as shown is 48KW.
Sized for (but not limited to) two 10ft x 8ft sheets.
Air delivery in this model is down one side and up from bottom.
Passive ventilation is manually adjustable.
