Lydon Oven Model series 3452-T3 Production Steam Heated Truck Loading Oven has many uses, the most popular are for drying and curing coatings before and after vacuum deposition on plastics or metals. Other processes include medium temperature drying.

Normal operations above ambient to 300ºF (149ºC) on 150 psig steam.
Power varies with steam pressure, size, load and ventilation requirements.
Workspace size varies, swing doors shown on loading and unloading ends.
Air flow in oven is downdraft injection at the sides, through the trucks, center return.
This unit can be used safely with processes that give off volatile materials with the addition of Lydon’s Volatile Ventilation Management system to meet or exceed code requirements while conserving energy.
